It is good time to explain Hajj to our kids because the month of Dhul Hajj is going on and millions of Muslims come and gather at one place to fulfill the order of ALLAH.
The kids of HFS (SL1 and SL2) enjoyed this full week as “Hajj Week”. For that, different activities took place the whole week. Students participated and presented Hajj related things and Hajj rituals in assembly.
Worksheets were done also for reinforcement of the lessons they learn through activities.
A great deal of knowledge was shared with our young kids about the number of ritual acts during Hajj pilgrims. Students were told interesting facts about..
- = Ka’aba
- = Black stone
- = Ihram
- = The stoning of the devil
- = Mina
- = Safa Marwa
- = Zamzam
- = men shave head
- = women trim a part of hair
- = Sacrifice
And many other rituals of Hajj..
Teachers of SLl and SLII took part zealously to make children aware of Hajj activities and rituals of Hajj.
Both, teachers and students enjoyed the whole week learning many facts about Hajj.
Hifz Campus Activity
The theme of this month activities, is Hajj. In regard of keeping in view the HFS objective to make students aware and educate about Islamic values, The management of HFS primary campus arranged a program on account of our theme of the week “Hajj” . The program came out to be a purposeful event as we invited Grandmother of our school’s child who had performed this wonderful saa’dat (hajj). She shared her live experience. And the event became more knowledgeable when our girls Quran coordinator Ms Rasheeda reflected a sketch of performing Hajj. Her beautiful and well versed speech made the event memorable and caught the full attention of the listeners. The students not only grab the awareness but also learnt the way of performing Hajj and the hidden reasons of each and every endeavor. After the very informative day students enjoyed by visiting mandi for learning about animals related to this sunnah. Whole activities are sum up by showing detailed documentary related to this event. After that students gave their valuable feedback to teachers.
