The students of grades OI, OII & OIII are instructed to get their smart cards made as per the CAIE ID requirements. 

These smart cards can be generated from the NADRA office in your area. Fulfill the document requirements and complete the process timely. One smart card copy needs to be submitted to the respective class teacher latest by 30th September, 2019.
