Dear Parents & Students,
Date: Monday, 2nd August 2021
We would like to welcome you all to the new Academic Session 2021-2022. With immense pleasure, we plan to re-open the school from Monday, 9th August 2021. We are prepared to execute physical, groupwise and online classes as per the Govt. directives. The academic pathway will be shared as soon as the Govt. announces and we hope for the best way forward.
Kindly note the important information:
New Classes – Students have been enrolled in their new classes and sections on the WhatsApp groups by the respective class teachers.
Time Table – The online or onsite timetable will be shared with the students as soon as the Govt. decision emerges of whether to open schools physically or not.
A Level – Online classes commence on Wednesday, 4th August 2021
Zoom – In the case of hybrid or online school, the classes will be conducted on Zoom and the IDs will be shared in the Whatsapp groups ahead of time.
LMS & Google Classrooms – This time, we have introduced Learning Management System (LMS) with complete student cohorts. Students (Grades 1 till O Level + Hifz) need to click the link: https://hirafoundation.lms.eduserv.com.au/ and login with the User ID first name.GR# such as faisal.1844 and password Hira123. Each student will reach his/her Dashboard. The tutorial has been shared earlier in the student groups. Work will also be uploaded in the Google Classroom in parallel for convenience.
Curriculum – The new books and copies are available at the HFS Bookshop in the Boys Campus between 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The parents are requested to call the admin to confirm whether it is open or not (due to lockdown) before coming to collect the course.
Fee – The Accounts Department can be contacted for fee vouchers and payment. The Accounts team is ready to facilitate the parents.
